Recreatiepark de Lucht is an ideal holiday park for families with children up to the age of 14, but also for nature lovers who want to enjoy peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. Near Recreatiepark de Lucht are several charming villages such as Renswoude, known for its historic castle and beautiful castle park. This village is a perfect base for exploring the Grebbelinie, a defensive line rich in history and landmarks. Renswoude also has a supermarket, butcher, liquor store, bakery, snack bar, and lunchroom.
Additionally, there is plenty of culture to discover in the surrounding region. For example, visit the Poultry Museum in Barneveld or the National Military Museum. For a family day out, there are several amusement parks and zoos nearby, such as the Alpaca Forest in Ederveen and Ouwehands Zoo in Rhenen.
