Peschiera del Garda is about 2.5 kilometers from the campsite, a walk of about 30 to 40 minutes. Want to get there faster? Rent a bike at the campsite, use public transportation, take a taxi, or park your car at the edge of the town center. In the pedestrianized town center, you can enjoy terraces, restaurants, and shops. At the edge of the center, you'll also find supermarkets and stores for your daily needs. Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths and medieval castle, is about 17 kilometers away.
Looking to soak up more culture? Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, is just a half-hour bus ride away. Let yourself be enchanted by the rich history and stunning architecture of this UNESCO World Heritage city. You can even take a day trip to romantic Venice, which is about two hours away by train.
