Once the summer residence of the Bishops of Quimper, the estate is surrounded by 38 hectares of gardens and parkland, designed in both Italian Baroque and French classical styles. The gardens are divided into three terraces that lead down to the river, offering breathtaking views. Here, you can stroll past colorful flower beds, ancient fruit trees, vegetable gardens, and rare tree species.
Nearby Quimper, accessible via a scenic forest path, is a historic town full of charm.
