With more than a thousand kilometers of bike paths, there’s always a new adventure to discover. Explore the labyrinth of the Marais Poitevin marshlands by boat or enjoy the maritime atmosphere in Les Sables d'Olonne, famous for the exciting Vendée Globe sailing race.
For your daily shopping needs, you can visit the village of Saint-Julien-des-Landes, just 5 minutes from the campsite, or the Super U in La Mothe Achard, 10 minutes away. For a fun day of shopping by the sea, Brétignolles-sur-Mer (10 minutes) and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 minutes) offer plenty of charming shops and boutiques, which children will also enjoy.
Looking for adventure for the whole family? Just 2 kilometers from the campsite, you can go horseback riding, and 15 kilometers away, you can dive, surf, and sail. The Lac du Jaunay, just 3 kilometers away, is perfect for geocaching and other fun outdoor activities. You can also visit the fishing port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 17 kilometers from the campsite, or discover the unique Passage du Gois, 55 kilometers away. This road to Noirmoutier Island appears only at low tide and is an exciting experience for all ages.
Pratical information
The campsite will be open from 12/04 2025 to 14/09 2025
Reception is open from 8am to 8pm in high season and from 8.30am to 7pm in low season.
If the guest arrives after opening hours, there is a rack for late arrivals to the right of reception containing the envelope with the customer's name and all information, as well as the keys (if keys).
Snack bar is only open in July/August
The grocery shop is open throughout the campsite's opening period and is located near reception.

- Please note that tourist tax must be paid locally. Tourist tax is €0.66 p.p.p.n. Payable from the age of 18. Eco tax is €0.44 p.p.p.n.
- Swimming shorts are not allowed at the swimming pool.
At Camping La Bretonnière, you can check in from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, you must check out before 10:00 AM.
