Outdoorchef barbecues are not just any barbecues. Everything has been thought about to increase ease of use. Outdoorchef products are developed in Switzerland. They are characterised by a combination of innovative production technologies and high product quality. Next to our Villa tents is an Outdoorchef barbecue of the Amri Black type.
This barbecue is simple, versatile and also healthy to use. Thanks to the funnel system in the barbecue, you can barbecue safely and healthily without flashing fat, and you can easily control the heat through the lid. The barbecue is also easy to use, allowing even novice barbecuers to put a delicious piece of meat on the table. And don't feel like spending hours cleaning the barbecue? Don't worry, because in no time you will have Outdoorchef's barbecue spotless again.
If you want to make something other than a simple chicken or sparerib, we have a delicious recipe for you that is easy to make on the Outdoorchef barbecue. This stuffed burger takes about 20 minutes to make. The ingredients in the recipe below are based on four people.
First, mix the minced beef, minced veal, two eggs, breadcrumbs, shallot, thyme, rosemary, parsley and meat seasoning. Then knead just until the mixture becomes one. Next, split the mixture into eight equal portions and form these into balls. Then you make the filling. You do this as follows: mix the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan cheese and egg yolk thoroughly and season with some salt and pepper.
Next, you are going to make the burger and fill it. You take a meat ball, flatten it a bit and then make a dimple in the meat with a ladle. Put the slice of bacon over this and put a quarter of the ricotta filling over the bacon. Next, take another meat ball, flatten it well too and put a bacon slice over that too. Finally, turn the burger into a nice whole by blending the individual meat balls. If you own a burger press, making the burger will be a lot easier, but you can do without.
With the lid open, grill each side of the burger for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure to cook the burger slowly. Serve the stuffed burger with jacket potatoes and you have a delicious meal.
